Are your quotes free?
Yes. We can quote from photos, or come and look for free with no commitment.
How do you work out the price?
From the photos you send or what we see on a visit. You'll have a fixed price before we start, and nothing is added without your OK.
What if the job turns out bigger than expected?
We'll show you and agree any extra before we do it.
Is there a discount for new customers?
Yes. 20% off your first job, up to £50, in return for a few photos and some feedback.
Which areas do you cover?
The whole of the North West, and further afield for bigger jobs. Just ask.
What if you're running late?
You've made time for us, so we'll be there when we said. If anything changes, you'll hear from us first.
Garden care
Do you do one-off jobs or regular visits?
Both. A single tidy-up, or regular visits, whatever suits you.
Do you take the garden waste away?
Yes. Mention it when you book and it'll be included in your price.
Home maintenance
How often should gutters be cleared?
Usually once a year, after the leaves have come down in autumn. More often if you have trees nearby.
Can you fix a few slipped roof tiles?
Yes. Higher roofs may need scaffolding, which we can also put up.
Property clearance
How quickly can you clear a property?
We take last-minute and emergency clearances. Tell us your deadline and we'll tell you straight away if we can meet it.
Is the basic clean a deep clean?
No. It's a sweep, hoover and wipe-down, ready for a viewing or a deep clean, but not deposit-standard.
Is there anything you can't take?
Asbestos, chemicals, paint and gas bottles.
Do you do probate clearances?
Yes, handled with care for families.
Scaffolding
Do I need a licence for scaffolding on the pavement?
Yes. If the scaffold goes on the pavement or road, the council has to grant a licence first.
How long can the scaffolding stay up?
As long as your job needs. We check and maintain it while it's up, and the price depends on the size and how long it's needed.
Will it damage my garden?
No. We keep it out of your borders and plants, and leave the garden as we found it.
